HYDRO II was developed by Quentin Nichols, owner of Functional Ideas, to fill the industry need of a user-friendly, environmentally green, industry-compliant and cost effective hydrostatic tester.
The story goes: Quentin and some of his friends in the industry saw a need for a new and improved way to test moisture barriers in personal protection equipment. Quentin, in his usual way, began sketching ideas and trying different configurations to achieve the end goal -- and HYDRO II was born.
